Xchange for Change ~ to be Inspired~
Best Quoted by my customer Beth Tolhurst:

Xchange for Change is a Consignment store, but they have lots of new stuff as well!  They only take in seasonal, excellent, stuff you'd actually want to buy!! She turns away a lot of things, so literally, only the best is there.  It's better than a 'consignment store.'  Its a community shopping place.:)

Our Spring Intake begins February 13, 2012 we split Spring into two segments (timeline depends on the weather).  At the begining of the Spring Intake season we accept Sweaters in Spring Colors, blouses, select tanks, all types of pants, select Shorts, Dresses etc.  As the weather turns warmer we eliminate Sweaters and concentrate more on Light Spring Items.

We offer several types of Consignment and Buy Outs on Select Brands.

Our general policy for Consignment is 50/50 after the item is sold, in which the consignor must use 25% of their 50% towards purchases in our store.  The Consignor must accumulate $50.00 before purchases to qualify for a check payment, otherwise if the $50.00 minimum is not met within a 90 day period from the date of sale, all commission is paid in store credit only.  Any balance that remains on the account after 6 months is forfeited.

Each season we post an intake date, a date items must be picked up, a Clearance Date and a Donation/Transfer of Ownership Date.  Any item that remains in inventory after the Donation/Transfer Date may become the property of Xchange for Change, LLC.

We accept only 10 items of Children Clothing at one time.  Infant Clothing through 24 months must be 'virtually new'.

Consignment may include
Furniture
Home Decor
Clothing
Jewelry
Shoes
... is your item not listed, bring it in for review (or a picture if too large).
